Thank you for choosing Indian Goddess. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.

General Conditions

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if we have sent any wrong product.
• Once you recieve a item please make a 360 degree opning video. It should be uncut and non edited.
• You must reach out to us on same day of recieving the product.
• After 2 day of delivery, NO RETURN / EXCHANNGE will be processed.

• Sale Orders / Discounted Products not eligiable for returns.

How to process for Return/Exchange

        * If you are eligible for returns and recieved a wrong product please write us to                indiangoddess.work@gmail.com.

       * Once we authenticate the issue it will take upto 7 days to process your Refund/Exchange.

• These are all Pre-loved items, Which are all privously used by someone Hence a lil bit defect or sign of wearing can be there.
